Dear Customers, Welcome to Lady Ocean By Mislina. This website is owned and  operated by Lady Ocean By Mislina. When you wish to purchase one of our products you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Any personal information that you provide to us , will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals out of system.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) includes %10 GST.
LADY OCEAN BY MISLINA reserves the right to change pricing at our commendation.
LADY OCEAN BY MISLINA  does not record or collect any credit card information you may provide when purchasing products from our website. 
A few options when ordering online;
1 - Order Online
You will receive an email confirming your purchase after you have completed your transaction.
2 - Email
Simply email mislinaturkishcotton@gmail.com listing the items that you wish o purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
At LADY OCEAN BY MISLINA, we would like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible. 
Shipping within Australia
-Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
-Orders will be posted on the same day if ordered  before 12pm with our company delivery vehicle.
-Shipping is for free within Australia.
-Orders are shipped via Australian Post or Courier
-Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of placement
-Shipped via Australia Post Express Post International or Courier
-Generally orders will take about 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
All our products are made from %100 Turkish Cotton or Bamboo. Please look after your product by washing them in cold water with gentle cleaning. Do not tumble dry this may cause shrinkage and always line dry. As we guarantee on our products that you will not  lose the colour of your towel for many years, you will not lose your towels softness if you look after it with these steps.
All Lady Ocean's products are being checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at mislinaturkishcotton@gmail.com so we can get in touch and replace it for you. 
If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. You will be required to follow the same steps as with Returns.
